Wireless Printer Setup?
I just got an HP Officejet J6450 All-in-One Printer with built in wireless capability. Software Installation request my wireless network name / SSID. Does this mean I have to have a router and can not connect wirelessly simply by having internal wireless card on my laptop? Will it work if instead of connecting a USB Bluetooth adapter on my laptop?
Forget Bluetooth. You do not need a router. You may only use the built in wireless on your laptop. You should review the instructions and start the process of "ad-hoc wirelessly. This is what is called a wireless network without a router.
