CISS printer experts, need your help, please.?
I have a customization shop and use T10 bundled with Epson Pigment Ink CISS. Now the problem is even though my external tank still has plenty of ink, screen printing ink level whenever I am that my sample ink are becoming more and more each time. especially the magenta. has always been my problem, after a time means as empty magenta by the computer (although still fills the tank) and the following message that appears is that I have installed an ink cartridge imcompatible. now, please help me solve this problem. How I can prevent my ink to be read by the computer as "low." please help me on this CISS you all experts. the store where I bought the printer is not cooperative on this issue at all. . thanks in advance!
Epson printers are actually based on the chips attached to the back of the cartridges to control the ink level. Not really looking at the actual remaining ink inside the cartridge or external tanks Continuous Ink System. That said, the continuous ink system (CISS) should have an "automatic reset" chips. That means that automatically become full once it reaches the low ink level. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the continuous ink system effectively. If the chip does not reset automatically, you can try turning off the printer and after 10 seconds, then on again to see if you reset the ink level. Another solution is to try to remove the cartridges into the cartridge holder and put it back after 5 seconds. Finally, if your continued white ink has a button at the top of the chips, you can try to press for manual reset. If the above steps do not work, you need to ask your supplier continuous ink system to replace the chips because they are defective. Hope this helps.
