When Black is Black
All rules have their exceptions. CMYK is no different. All the issues discussed above do not apply to a selected group of metallic inks, it is very difficult not to mix the metallic inks to achieve silver, gold or other metallic color. But what about black? It could think that a combination of CMYK% C0% M0% Y0% K100 and you are black – right? The answer is NO.
So when the design calls for rich black, not accept what he sees on the screen. Use Overprint print text in color.
Do not print black text on very dark colors.
Rich Black (CMYK black) is used for areas of large solids. Use M53 C65%% Y51% K100%.
Use the same CMYK Black as in the pictures and the bottom if placed on a black background.
Photoshop – Set CMYK Color Conversion – Set Black generation to the fullest.
Using the same values in Black, if used in the background and photos.
