Loading the film at the School Laminators
Using a school laminator is pretty simple, but loading the film so you can use the laminator can be somewhat difficult. The most popular reason for laminator repair calls is improperly loaded film. Service calls can be expensive, so to learn to load film correctly is important. Incorrectly loaded film can deposits film on the rollers and, if they can wreck your carefully machine. If the adhesive on the rollers, the machine will not work until the residue is removed from the film. Four common ways to eliminate glue on your rollers include:
* Laminating when only one roll has been loaded into the laminator
* Try to use two mismatched widths of the movie together
* Movies backwards to load the adhesive facing the roller (Note that the bright side of the laminating film faces the rollers, and the adhesive side facing out.)
* A roll of film is exhausted while the other continues to run.
Replace the two rolls of film laminate at a time using the following steps.
1) Place the master switch on. If your machine is hot, turn it off and let cool before continuing.
2) Look at the two rolls of foil are mounted on the mill by eliminating the feed table.
3) Find the Websites that remains of the upper and lower film (looking between hot rollers and rolls of offer) and cut. Be careful not to accidentally cut the rolls, as this may damage them.
4) Lift the arms vertically and pull down the upper part of the film.

Watch the left side of the film supply cylinder and loosen the screw on the neck to the left. Remove the cylinder a bit then slide in the center to drop to the left. Remove the cylinder tube thoroughly to remove the core adapter.
7) Check to make sure the movie is well positioned to roll out the right way, then slide one of the adapters based on the right side of a roll of film. Working from the right, slide the shaft of the film in the tube and the core adapter. Place the core adapter remaining core adapter on the left side. Put the retaining collar where it goes back and tighten the screw.

12) between the film laminate and the feed tray, slide the card into place by gently pushing threading in the area cutting the heat roller. The card is well positioned to lead the film rolls on the rollers.
13) After downloading the shield, press RUN. Watch card carefully threaded to ensure the lead is taken into the laminating machine. When the card comes tapping the back of the machine rolling, press STOP.
