When purchasing our software business, we require software users to sign a document of accountability
Our company is a government agency. when purchasing equipment that require the employee who is the owner of the teams to sign a document evidencing the responsibility of the teams. we do the same with software purchased by the company that is not tangible but nevertheless expensive?
This may not be feasible. The software has been installed in all (presumably networked) computers. Each time an employee logs on, to use the software, which would not be possible for users to recognize the use of this intangible asset.
