Inkjet printer made to print the cells?
I was watching a program on "the medicine of the future." They had a thing where have taken an ink jet printer cartridges regularly and replaced with cells or so, were able to construct the cells onto the cells to create heart valves and, finally, the objective is the creation of a human heart from only "print" out. Does anyone have any information on this? I can not find it and I'm really interesting in learning more. Thanks!
Printers produce tissue dimensions Live-3 Clemson and MUSC Scientists are using desktop printers to produce three-dimensional living tissue. The gel is removed when the structure is complete, leaving only living matter. Other labs have printed arrays of DNA and proteins, said Boland.
