Fax customary to send more?
I have a fax HP LaserJet 3150. It worked fine then suddenly I went to send a fax and was told in memory after that "will be sent when phone is available." The phone is available, we did all the normal and troubleshooters points Sales changed, changed phone lines, put on a new line. restarted and when it restarts it does the entire test, a test is the test fax and when it does, no dial tone. Not sure if you get a dial tone in fax proof means it is really get a dial tone, but I guess it is. All telephone conversations the lines used were good. The copy machine and everything works fine. Have not received faxes either.
I had the same problem with my fax machine. It I connect through a separate Internet line (have 2 lines in my house, one for the phone, others to the computer). I have to turn off my computer when it sends or receive a fax.
