Is this a real fault with the keyboard or that the company rejected?
I bought a Microsoft Sidewinder X6 gaming keyboard last week and I will send Again, because a key is not working properly. The keys are supposed to be light so that keys do not strain your wrists, but to use the key arrow to the right we have to push right on the board. Is this original? I ask because a lot of money charged to return an item deemed to be not fault!
