Recommended color profiles
The colors are presented on the web are based on the maximum that most machines can display. Today Most monitors and video cards display at most 32-bit color and that means 4,294,967,296 colors are displayed, ranging from reds to violets (shades), saturation or intensity of a color, or lightness and darkness. Even with these numbers of colors in a display can provide, the Web is considering colors that are safe, as in printing a color should be part of a range or the range of colors available for printing.
