F1-F12 keys and some others I've tried to enter the keyboard configuration to see if anything was locked, but there are many options that someone can give me a solution?.
Could the keyboard may need a special driver is not installed? You might try a search to see if you can find a driver for the keyboard. It could be working on a "generic" mode, but with the driver of the F keys might work too. Hope this helps.
