Based Printed Circuit Board Design
The connections on the PCB should be identical to the circuit diagram, but while he manages the circuit diagram to be readable, the PCB design is arranged to be functional. There is rarely a visible correlation between the circuit diagram and design.
Printed design of the circuit board can be performed manually (using CAD) or in combination with a auto-router. Apart from the plate printed circuit functionality, the overlap is the main distinguishing feature between an integrated product of purpose and a controller PLC general or prepared.
Dense surface mount boards, you should stop component values and sometimes omit the designators of the components. First try to release the font size – small text is better than any text. The screen printing is the main method for the labeling of the connectors, spare parts, guidance, and even installation notes. Can also be used as a backup to the production notes, though manufacturers usually put these notes in the BOM.
