Canon imageCLASS MP360 custom print screen says: "Put in cartridge" help?
My printer was working, was in a state low ink for quite some time and now the screen on the printer says "Put in cartridge" and not let me print. I changed the ink and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Any ideas? your help would be greatly appreciated v.
You must install the cartridges again, the instructions are: 1) Turn on the printer, remove Cartridges and shake 2) Turn off the printer for a few minutes 3) Turn on the printer when it says "insert ink", then insert cartridges matching one by one, making the rounds to feel completely in the slots.
