How to turn hp photosmart c3100 printer online?
I have a Macbook, if that means anything. I’m trying to print something but every time I try it says that the printer is “offline.” How do I turn the printer online?
Most HP printmaster printer are sold with 2 set up disc ; 1 for windows & 1 for Mac. It sounds like you used the wrong disc when you loaded the driver for your Mac. uninstall your HP printer using add/ remove programs then go to HP support & find the driver for your c3100 that is used for Mac
