Xerox DocuPrint N2825 Menu closed?
I'm trying to restore factory settings for this printer. Using the built in screen and buttons that are actually in the printer. When I go to the menu has the option to disable the factory settings I get a message saying Menu locked. How I can unlock the menu so you can restore the factory settings.
